Terms of Use
The agreement between you and STATRA Health governing your use of our platform, wearable band, and care services.
Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and STATRA Health Ltd ("STATRA", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the STATRA wearable band, mobile application, web dashboard, care team portal, and all related services (collectively the "Platform"). By registering an account or activating a STATRA Band, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, and that you are at least 16 years of age or that a parent or legal guardian has accepted these Terms on your behalf.
The STATRA Platform
The STATRA Platform consists of the following components, each governed by these Terms: STATRA Band: wearable device that continuously monitors biometric data and transmits via built-in 4G SIM to STATRA cloud infrastructure. STATRA mobile app: iOS and Android application providing real-time data access, alert notifications, and care team communication. STATRA web dashboard: browser-based interface for patients and care teams to review historical data and trends. STATRA doctor portal: clinical interface enabling invited healthcare professionals to monitor patient data. STATRA care team: human support staff available 24/7 for emergency coordination and platform support.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your STATRA account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow another person to access your account. You must notify STATRA immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at security@statra.health. One account per person. Sharing a single account among multiple patients is prohibited.
Care team access
You control who has access to your health data. When you invite a doctor, caregiver, or family member to your care team, the following applies: Care team members receive read-only access to your real-time and historical data. You may revoke any care team member's access at any time through your account settings. Care team members must accept STATRA's caregiver Terms before accessing your data. You are responsible for ensuring only trusted and appropriate individuals are added to your care team.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which STATRA Health Ltd is registered. Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide greater rights than these Terms, those laws will apply. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, unless otherwise required by local law.
